Cuts Like A Knife

Who Am I?
Answer below, but my point is the difficulty of the selection committee and the razor-thin differences between teams.

RPI: 33
SOS: 199
Record, top 50 RPI: 3-1
Record, 200+ RPI: 13-0
Road/Neutral record: 11-2
Noncon RPI: 104
Noncon SOS: 323
Last 10 games: 9-1
Lost in quarterfinals of 11th rated RPI conference

Digest this: those are the credentials of George Washington. National pundits are debating 4-7 seed for them. And this isn’t even a mid major issue. Look, for instance, at Texas A&M. The Aggies or either barely in or barely out. However they are significantly better than GW in every category except record against top 50 RPI teams.

Go figure.
